  • Comment: I too had the sound fail on my set but after a software update it has been fine. What really annoys me about the product is that it is impossible to browse the list of channels without the channel changing. I would prefer to stay on my chosen channel til I find one I want to change to. For the price this is a great set for a 2nd T.V.

  • Comment: I telephoned Toshiba customer services on 0844 8560730 and they will collect my 2 TV's. I need to box them seperately though. Only TV required and nothing else. ie No remote or cables. It requires a software update and will take 6-10 days to be returned to me. Let's hope this does the trick.

  • Comment: I bought 2 of these TV's. First one went silent after being switched on for the second time. The second went dead when checking to see if it was the digital signal or not. Obviously a bad batch. My 2 are only 200 apart with the serial numbers. I won't be getting replacements, they have let Toshiba's name down.
